SixXs tunnel via Fritz!Box 7340

(Required) Register on SixXs
- Make sure that you have an account on SixXs and have requested a tunnel.
- If you did not do this yet, please go to: Register on SixXs
(Required) Request a subnet
- Go to http://www.sixxs.net/home/ and request a subnet.
- After requesting a subnet you only have to wait for the approval mail and then you can start configuring your Fritz!Box 7340.
(Recommended) Update the firmware
- We advice you to update to the latest firmware available as it has a lot of fixes regarding IPv6.

Heartbeat tunnel
- Before you can configure an IPv6 tunnel via SixXs on the Fritz!Box 7340 you need to have a heartbeat tunnel.
- If you already have a tunnel, but not a heartbeat one, you can change it here.
- If you do not have a tunnel yet, you can request one here.
- You can do this via https://www.sixxs.net/home/
Configuration - Part 1
- In the Fritz!Box menu, go to "Internet" - "Account Information" and select the tab "IPv6".
- Configure the settings exactly as below in the screenshot,but with your own username and password.
- Note: In this example the tunnel for edpnet Belgium is selected, you can change this to any other tunnel you requested.
Configuration - Part 2
- Below select the options as shown in the screenshot:
Check the status
- If everything went fine you will now see on the "Overview" page that IPv6 is green and your tunnel is working.
